Rukma Shumsher Rana, former President of All Nepal Football Association, has passed away on Friday night.

Rana, 85, also a former Nepal Olympic Committee Chair and Member Secretary at National Sports Council, passed away at his residence in Batisputali.

He was ANFA president from February 1994 to March 1995. 

He is survived by his wife and daughter.
